Fall Dinner at Quarter Bistro – September 14, 2026

Attached to this email is the formal invitation to the Chaine’s September event: our Fall Dinner at The Quarter Bistro on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM. This will be our third dinner at this Mariemont gem, the last being in February 2025. Owner Jim Evans, General Manager/Owner Adam Ralston, Executive Chef Chris Montgomery and their staff really know how to put on a great Chaine event. They’ve provided a fantastic menu that looks even better than the last 2 dinners, if that’s even possible!  Our wine committee will be meeting soon to select the perfect wines to match each course, and this is one event you’ll need to get your reservations in early to avoid being left out. 

Guests are welcome to attend but reservations will be limited to 76 so please respond quickly. The deadline to make your reservations is Friday, September 4, 2026.

If you plan to bring guests and/or if you have dietary restrictions please email the names of your guests and/or your dietary restriction to Ray Vanderhorst at vanderhorst.ray@gmail.com.

Dress for this event is Business Casual with Ribbons. 

The Quarter Bistro is located at 6904 Wooster Pike in Mariemont.  There is no valet parking but free parking is available in surrounding parking lots as well as on the street.

The Chaîne will be able to take your $175 per person payment not only by check, but also by credit card, pay pal or Venmo (preferred) @Chaine-Cincinnati.  For credit card or pay pal I have provided 2 links below which will take you to the payment site depending on whether you are reserving for 2 people or 1.  If you are reserving for 3 just use a combination of the two links.  If paying by check please forward a check made payable to Chaine des Rotisseurs to: Ray Vanderhorst, 1415 Herschel Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45208 and email him at vanderhorst.ray@gmail.com letting him know a check is on the way.

Welcome to the Cincinnati Bailliage of the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs!

Chaîne Cincinnati includes local businessmen and women, doctors, lawyers, chefs, wine distributors and retailers as well as others in the food and wine fields. Our Bailliage unites professional and amateur gastronomes in a private, not-for-profit society committed to promoting the culinary arts and those of enology and hospitality through example, education and camaraderie.

As an example, we foster the development of the culinary arts among our community's promising chefs by contributing to the Cincinnati Freestore Foodbank’s culinary education program called Cincinnati Cooks. We raise money for this purpose by asking for voluntary donations from our members annually, holding an annual wine auction and having special fundraising events.

Additionally, the Cincinnati Chaîne is home to an active chapter of Société Mondiale du Vin, an organization dedicated to enjoying and learning about the world of fine wine and spirits. Over the last few years our members have toured internationally renowned wine destinations to further their understanding of those areas and their wines.

The Bailliage de Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Cincinnati is affiliated with the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Bailliage des Etats-Unis (United States Chapter), which is associated with the International Headquarters in Paris.
