The Cincinnati Bailliage will be hosting the 2018 Midwest Assemblage which includes the regional competition for the Young Chef Competition at MCI March 15-18, 2018. The last time we were host was 2011, and if you recall, this is a really big deal!

Your Board will be making plans for this event from now until the event happens, so we will be really busy planning not only our monthly local events, but the Assemblage at the same time.  We will be forming committees to handle each aspect of that weekend and will be looking for volunteers to assist us.

Please let us know, if you have an interest in being involved.  More information on committees and committee heads will be forthcoming. This will be a fantastic opportunity to show the Chaîne our city and what a great Bailliage we have here.
